Good news about your business: in it's 5th year it is not only thriving, but is developing a reputation as a great business model. People want to know how you did it! You've been invited to present to the Chamber of Commerce in your city, discussing the success of your company. Here is what you'll need to prepare:
- a business card, with relevant information (3) and a professional format (3) (don't worry if it's print-paper), to hand out before the presentation.
- a presentation, featuring:
-A "Who Am I" page, with a concise description (3) and a professional image of yourself (3)
-A "Who Are We?" page, with a concise description (3) with an image of you and your team working hard in your business environment (3)
-A Flowchart showing how a new project is started at your company, and how it becomes a success. It should have clear wording inside appropriate geometric figures (3), lines that effectively show relationships and process (3) and an overall clean, balanced look (3). Here is an example.
-An "Advice" page. Offer three inspiring instructions on how others can start their own successful business. (3)
Remember that the words on the presentation should be concise, and visually-based. Your presentation should be mostly you talking, explaining why the words are important. It will be marked on 9, using the Presentation Rubric. Oh - wear a tie. (Let me know before if you need me to bring one)
