Here is the Project #8 that we'll be working on this week. Bear in mind that we're entering the "Workplace" unit, and we'll be using the company you build this week for three more projects. Here are the details: (/50)
The year is 2025, and you want to start your own business after years in school and in the workplace. You need to convince the bank manager, Mr. McLean, that you are worthy of a loan to get your business started. Create a proposal for the bank, that follows the criteria below (please note that actual loan proposals are quite dry; however, the information below will be relevant regardless).
Bear in mind that whatever content you hand in must be professional in presentation and style.
-An "Introduction" that summarizes the proposal, and a summary at the end. /9
-One section on the vision and purpose of your future company. (What is the name, what will its purpose be, where will it be located, how is it different from other companies?) /9
- One section on who you are (What is your educational background? What relevant certificates do you have? What work experience have you gained? How will this experience help you start a business?) /9
-One page on money. (How much will your annual budget be for the first five years? When will the company be profitable? How much money are you asking the bank for, and where will it go?) /9
-Use of your own own unique logo (/5)
