Good morning and good week everyone! I'm going to be giving you the details for Project #5 early this week, so that we can work on it slowly and effectively. For homework tomorrow, complete the story "My Search" (114) Here are the details:

Write a compare and contrast essay on two non-fiction works studied during the week. ("My Search for the Friend I Left Behind" (114) and "Going Home to Auschwitz" (291)). You will be marked on 27 points (24 will be an amended provincial rubric (6 x 4), and 3 additional points will be given for proper quotes and citation. Here are some topics:

 

-Compare and contrast the two prisons.

-Compare and contrast the narrators.
-Compare and contrast the idea of return in each essay.
