- You’ve recently started a small company in Richmond, of no more than 10 people. The nature and details of the company are your decisions, but they should be in line with the career you want to take. You’ve decided to identify a cognitive bias that might endanger the company’s success, and present it to your team. Your presentation should include:

 

- A description of the company (what it does, when it was founded, what does its future look like?) (3)

- A description of the cognitive bias (not from the list of 20 already given - use Wikipedia for different biases) (3)

-How the bias is hurting or can hurt the company. (3)

-What steps the company will take to avoid this bias, and what employees can do. (3)

-Every page should feature a helpful image (be sure to reference the website you got it from). (4)

-There should be “transitions,” but they shouldn’t be annoying. (3)

-You should be dressed appropriately for a business meeting (3)

-Your presentation should be crisp, professional, and based on notes in your hand. (9)
